By choosing to commission me, you are agreeing to the following points.
Payment

♥ Once your order has been accepted, I will send you a Paypal invoice ( OR Stripe, depending on your preference!)

♥ Payment is upfront unless we have discussed a payment plan

Workflow
♥ I will not begin your commission until it has been paid in full (unless it is a lore video or similar commission that requires storyboarding, etc.)
♥ If you have a deadline (i.e., birthday/holiday gift for another person), please let me know at least 2 months in advance
♥ I am a full-time university student with a lot of health issues, so commission turnaround time varies! In the event that there are significant delays, I typically upgrade your commission free of charge as compensation.
♥ You can keep track of the progress of your commission via Trello
♥ WIPs are typically as follows:

♡ Lines / Flats
♥ You may request up to 3 small changes (e.g. expression) once I send you the sketch
♥ Changes after the sketch stage can only be made if it is something I missed in your commission form (e.g. a ring, a scar)

Can I enquire about prices without ordering a commission?
Of course you can! Sometimes people consider commissioning someone but not sure of the price and want to have an idea before deciding. You're welcome to DM me to ask about the price of your specific commission idea. If you decide not to commission me after the price quote, just let me know and there's no hard feelings :DI have a commission with a deadline but your commissions are closed / there's a waitlist
If you have a deadline, you are allowed to skip the waitlist. Deadlines will incur a rush fee but please message me if you're interested in commissioning me!Why are your commissions more expensive than the starting price?
The starting price is what it would be for, hypothetically, the most basic and simple character (e.g. a character in a t-shirt with a simple hairstyle and no accessories). The add-ons to the price are based on how complex the design is and how long those extra details will take. Rarely will a commission be the same price as the starting price, except for sketch commissions.What counts as a complex design?
That's an excellent question! Here's a list of what may incur extra fees:
♥ Ruffles and Frills (e.g. lolita fashion)
♥ Clothing with lots of layers
♥ Belts, chains, and zippers
♥ Hair with multiple braids
♥ Fine details (e.g. a detailed crown, bird cages, etc.)
♥ Tattoos without PNGs (i.e. where I have to draw them by hand)What is the difference between a "gacha sketch" and a "jelly sketch"?
Gacha sketches are very unrefined and messy. Often small details will be blobby and simplified. It isn't polished, and you can easily tell it's a sketch.
Jelly sketches are rendered/painted with some attention to detail. Often they will look similar to one of my polished pieces, but you can still clearly see sketch lines as things aren't fully refined.Why does a larger canvas cost more money?
A larger canvas (e.g. for printing) may cost double the price depending on the size because it takes me a lot more time to do. I do not do printing/shipping, you will need to seek other services for a hard copy of your finished commission!Why is the commission type I want to order (PNGtuber, lore video, chibi, etc.) is not listed?
This is usually because I don't have enough examples and they're experimental. You're welcome to enquire about those too! Think of them as the secret menu items :DWhat are your tools?

Backgrounds
This page explains the differences between the types of backgrounds. Please keep in mind these prices are just for the background and do not include the character. If you have a specific idea in mind and are unsure of what category it would fall into or what the estimated price would be, DM me and I'd be happy to help!
Default
Price: Free
A standard flat colour or gradient that matches your character. All commissions will have this unless you order a background.Note: Sometimes these can come with shapes or patterns if it suits your character, but they're generally just plain gradients!
Simple
Price: 15 - 30USD
A background with simple features that varies. Includes single elements such as flower petals, shapes, a sky, fire/magic, etc. Please be sure to include in your commission form if you have anything specific in mind, otherwise I will come up with something that suits your character.Note: A cloudy sky would be around 15USD but flowers petals or fire would be closer to the 30USD range.
Semi-complex
Price: 50 - 150 USD+
A background that doesn't quite have the crazy amount of details that a full background have, but also isn't quite simple either. Examples include forests, beaches, grass and a tree, etc.Note: A tree or a beach is likely to be in the 50 USD range, whereas the inside/outside of a building, or flower forest is likely to be in the higher range.
Full
Price: 300- 600USD+
A very detailed background that requires perspective that is composed of multiple elements and places the character(s) in the scene. Examples include streets, markets, grocery stores, vehicles, etc. If you would like it to fit the resolution of your desktop background, please be sure to include this in your commission form! If not, I will choose the size.Note: The inside of a car may be on the lower end of the price range, but a street (filled with shops, other people, etc.) will be on the higher end of the price range.
